How Our Richmond Cross-Dock Works

   Your ocean container arrives at Deltaport, Vanterm, or Centerm. Our drayage team picks it up directly from the terminal on your pre-agreed schedule — typically same day or next business day.

   Transport to Our Facility

   The container is delivered to our cross-dock facility at Unit 183 – 6355 Graybar Rd, Richmond — approximately 20 minutes from all three Port Metro Vancouver terminals.

   Unloading & Sortation

   Our team de-stuffs the container and sorts cargo by destination, retailer, SKU, or whatever your distribution plan requires. Labels, compliance checks, and repalletizing can be done at this stage.

   Direct Loading to Outbound Vehicles

   Sorted freight is immediately loaded onto outbound LTL or FTL trucks bound for your final destinations — Metro Vancouver, Canada-wide, or cross-border to the USA.

   Documentation & Reporting

   You receive full shipment confirmation, inventory reconciliation, and required documentation. We coordinate directly with your carriers, brokers, and buyers to keep everyone in sync.
